As a Service Manager, you are fully responsible for planning, controlling, and increasing efficiency of Service operations. In this function, you ensure that strategic and operational goals are met and that the derived measures are implemented. In addition, you are responsible for designing all processes within the Service Operations and ensuring that these are followed to maintain a constantly high customer satisfaction level as well as a positive image. In this function, you are part of the senior leadership team and will have responsibility for 70 team members.

Basic salary of 30,000E£ (Egyptian Pounds) OTE 45,000E£ per annum based on achievement of KPIs. (2 months guaranteed bonus) Plus Annual Profit Share.

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes:
Ideally you will have Mercedes-Benz experience with C Management certification, however the business will also accept applications from candidates with a premium franchise background.
- You will have held a similar senior role within a large dealership
- GCC experience is essential
- Arabic and English speaking with excellent communication skills are required.
You will also have fantastic leadership qualities, be able to develop relationships effortlessly, and enjoy working within a fast-paced growing organisation.
