The talabat Talent team is looking to further strengthen its force with a dynamic, fast thinking and creative Team Lead Talent Acquisition to join our awesome Tech and Product team. The successful individual will be driving the full end to end hiring for key roles within Tech and product at all levels throughout the region as part of talabat’s 2021 growth strategy.
What’s On Your Plate?
Responsible for leading the full 360’ recruitment process for talabat Tech & Product in Egypt. This includes leading the sourcing efforts to locate top talent from around the world.
Partner with the key stakeholders, leaders and hiring managers to drive Talent Acquisition strategies, goals, processes, and metrics whilst developing innovative ways to meet talabat constantly expanding and evolving recruiting needs.
Reporting on recruitment activity to find new ways to improve the process and be able to tell a story through the data insights.
What Did We Order?
Minimum 4+ years of experience in the 360 Recruitment process for Tech hiring with a strong background in creative candidate sourcing. We’re looking for a hunter that has handled core Tech / Product recruitment at a large scale, this includes being able to understand all of our coding languages! Experience of identifying talent on Stack, GitHub and similar platforms would be an advantage.
You will be a collaborative professional with former experience dealing with multiple stakeholders.
Experience of using recruitment ATS systems (preferably WORKDAY!).
Highly motivated to create and deliver creative, exciting and impactful results.
Contribute to process improvements.
Predominantly use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems.
Can find alternative solutions to solve problems where guidelines do not exist.
Occasionally leads the work of small project teams; provides informal guidance to junior staff.
Works with minimal guidance and supervision.
Solves complex problems by taking a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
